Need help please

I bought a laptop n never got tha passwords for it. Thets only one log in options on tha windows log in i guess thats admin. I dont have another computer to download any programs just a phone.pleasz help me

Unfortunately we cannot assist you too much with passwords, as we cannot verify you as being the true owner. May I recommend contacting the person you bought the laptop off and asking for the password, if that does not work, asking the manufacturer to see if they can do anything.
