Hello guys.
I'm a bit confused about my Asus UX32VD laptop.
I have bought a Samsung evo 850 ssd.
The Asus got a 24GB ssd, which I don't really know contains.
Does one of you know what I should do? Format it and use the extra GB or is there a better solution?

Kind regards
Kris

Solution
yes, the 24GB was the buffer for the slower hdd drive.
if you are replacing the hdd with the ssd, then yes, you can use it anyway you like.

Hi rgd1101.

Thanks for your answer.
Just to be sure (I'm a dane so the word "cache" doesn't mean a lot to me), but is it some kind of buffer then?
If yes, I can just format the 24GB and it won't affect my laptop when installing the new ssd?
