Hi tech expert need help on my lenovo laptop it automatically shutdown almost 30sec or after lenovo logo appeared. The fan is running but spin fast cause i can hear it not the normal fan speed, the power light is also on and also battery is good also the adapter. It was working fine lately but while working on msword it suddenly shutdown/turn-off while battery is still full.. so i try to power it up and experience above problem.
Things done already:
1. hard reset by removing battery then press the power button for 1min.
2.Use one key recovery still shutting down after 30sec even if i dont do something sometimes i can hear the window sound but will auto turn-off again.
Is these a hardware or software issue?
Spec:LenovoZ480_icore5_nvidia_4gbram_4yearsold_1month on windows10 prev. from window7.

Solution
It could be either hardware or software. Have to do some checking to see which.

You said the battery is full, I am assuming you have also tried running it while plugged in? Try the following and see if it will load. If yes, then there is something on the system that needs to be removed.

How to enter "Safe Mode" when booting the computer.

In Windows 8 and 10...

( Once "Safe Mode" with Networking starts, Windows is in Safe Mode, with additional network and services for accessing the Internet and other computers on your network.)

c. Press the "F6" key to Enable "Safe Mode" with Command Prompt.
(In "Safe Mode" with "Command Prompt" starts Windows in Safe Mode, with a Command Prompt window instead of the Windows interface. This option is mostly only used by IT professionals.)

Now sign in to the computer with your account name and password. (If you have one set.) When you are finished troubleshooting, you can exit "Safe Mode" restarting your computer.

In Windows 7/Vista/XP...

1. Immediately after turning on the computer, or restarting it (usually after you hear your computer beep), tap the F8 key, repeatedly, in 1 second intervals.

2. The computer will then display hardware information and run a memory test.

3. Next the "Advanced Boot Options" menu will appear.

4. In the "Advanced Boot Options" menu use the arrow keys to select "Safe Mode" or "Safe Mode with Networking" and press ENTER.
