Making a list! Checking it twice! Graphic Artist laptops

I seek advice on best laptops for multiple software use. Is there anyone, especially graphic artists/designers who are currently, or have use multiple software, specifically Adobe Illustrator CC, Manga Studio Ex 5 & Sketchbook Pro 7, that can advise me on what "specific" laptops are able to handle the most optimum use of these software programs to create digital art for the web, and also create art for t-shirts, poster prints, large canvas, and comic books/graphic novels. I think I understand the system requirements for each program, but I'm still not able to "exactly" line up a laptop that "seems" right, despite the numerous youtube tutorials that show these multiple softwares being used on Apple Mac, some Window PC, but there is no info on the "specific kind" of computer being used. Is there a laptop that has the right core#, GB of Ram, SSD, HDD, Graphics Card, Open GL etc. It's confusing my dyslexic mind. I have a $1700 budget for a computer(maybe more?). Is this sufficient for what I'm trying to do? I would be grateful for any advice.

While you made a list, and even checked it twice, you did not list if you were naughty or nice. Without that info we can't help you.

But since it's the season of giving, or at least the season for tons of commercials for toys, in your budget any system will do well for you. If you are doing graphics you may want to put aside some money for a high end tablet laptop like a MS Surface to use the screen for drawing on, or on a separate tablet with good pressure sensitivity and stylus.

It won't process quite as well as a real laptop in the price range but is very versatile.

Well, it wouldn't be nice if I lied and said I've been nothing but nice.... right?....maybe? I 've been a little naughty or nice my whole life. It's a genetic disposition, along with an uncontrollable mischievous grin. But, I am very grateful for your response and advice. I will research the MS Surface for sure. Happy Holidays!
