Comparing these two laptops, AMD A12-9700P APU quad-core processor is $40 more but has AC, the i7 is BGN.
Processor Speed: 2.7 GHz vs. 2.5 GHz. Besides that, I see no difference.

what are you using the laptop for? the amd a12 is going to be much better for gaming and that is really its only advantages. the intel is using a very new kaby lake i7-7500U which is going to provide superior cpu performance, especially in day to day average computing. it is also going to run a lot cooler and get better battery life. i would choose the intel based laptop unless i needed gaming performance.

Don't worry about the wifi... you will max out what ever internet connection you have with N.

The Intel CPU will run cooler and faster, but the integrated graphics on the AMD will be stronger and better for any 3d games.
