I had a Dead Black Pixel area on Samsung SUHD Quantum Dot 55" KS9500?

In any case, I thought I would answer my own question and put the solution out there for the benefit of others. This was a brand new TV out the box, which was delivered, unpacked, installed and setup by the Samsung Signature team - later the same day upon admiring the sheer beauty and clarity of the screen, I noticed a small area of dead pixels (lights) at the center bottom of the screen - it remained black all the time regardless of the colours / feed on the TV. To be absolutely honest you needed to be sitting about half a metre with the screen with 20/20 vision to see this but since I was paying decent money for this, I felt that I would probably return the TV to the retailer and get a new one. I tried to wipe the area with the Samsung blue microfiber cloth (PS apply gentle force when rubbing, would not recommend applying to much pressure in the risk that more damage is done) - this technique did not work. I then lightly flicked the area (only once) with my fingernail, a light flick...like you could do with your naughty toddler on the ear and wouldnt even leave their ear red - and lo and behold the lights re-activated!
