Brought a used insignia tablet 10.1. Was told it was reset. Cannot enter asking for email and password from Google account

Discussions on how to bypass security measures are not allowed as we have no means to verify the ownership of the device in question.

This tablet has been previously registered with Google. You need to return to where you purchased the item and have them perform a full factory reset or return/exchange the item.
