I have sony MHC-RV999d mini hifi home theatre but the player does not work so i would like to reuse the old speakers so how can it be possible which av receiver or dvd player can i use, I also have sony Sony DAV-TZ145 player but the connectors are different.

Solution
Regardless of the connectors each speaker has two wires going to the main unit.
If you have the speaker wires that came with each system you could splice the speaker wire so that each end was correct.
It is important that the plug and minus connections are consistent for each speaker.
If you are not comfortable modifying the connections then it should not be expensive for someone to do it for you.

Solution
According to the manual, page 7, your system uses standard spring-loaded posts for speakers (and powered sub-woofer on coax connection), so any modern 5.1 receiver should work. Stay clear from any "home theater in a box" packages, as their receiver - DVD combo is often limited on connectivity options.

Of course, you're aware that you should not expect superb audio quality from shoe-box sized speakers...
