My sister recently just bought us a TV from her work. And when she bought it she checked it before bringing it home and the picture was in color. Once she brought it home and hooked it up it was black and white. How can I fix this? There is also no option in the menus for the display feature for the TV. So we are stuck. Any suggestions?

Many TVs use a shared composite video (single yellow RCA) and component video (3 RCA red green blue). If the TV were set to component you would get a black and white picture.
You would have to go into the TV set up menu and select composite.
You can probably download a copy of the owners manual. Search for the make & model + owners manual.
