Avg rescue disk
Avira rescue disk
Comodo rescue disk

And many more..........

But my question is when i update my rescue's disk does it update the files on my pendrive or in my computer

Solution
No.

Unless you have specifically set up some process that checks the rescue's disk version against a previously stored version (on the pen drive or computer) then no update will take place.

What you are describing is synchronizing files. I.e., your backup process compares file date and time stamps (for example) and determines that the backup file copy is older. And then replaces that file copy with the newer version.

Depending on how often the rescue disks are updated will determine how often the synchronization will need to occur.

If one or more rescue disks get updated each day (probably unlikely) you would need to synchronize each day to keep the pen drive and computer stored versions also up to date.

Depending on the synchronization/backup software you are using you can configure the process to check and synchronize as needed for your requirements and environment.

If you are not specifically doing the updates one way or another, and do not know of any process doing likewise then the updates are probably not being done.
