Vizio TV won't work with Klipsch sound bar

I hooked up my new Klipsh RSB-11 sound bar to my 65" Vizio TV using the ARC HDMI port on TV. TV sends sound to sound bar great. Problem is, if I hook any components up to sound bar HDMI ports, the sound bar is supposed to play sound and pass video signal to TV. It doest play sound, but does pass video signal to TV. It sounds like problem should be with sound bar, buy it works fine when hooked to older sansui led TV. Klipsch had me try firmware update, now they are sending me a new sound bar.

Thoughts?

The logics are straight, I don't see any other possibility than a Klipsch's fault. At least v1.4 HDMI cables?

No,
Klipsch sent me a new sound bar, and it was the same problem. They are now telling me it is a Visio problem, since the sound bar works with my 2 other older TV's, which are not SMART TV's. I am now running an HDMI cable to my TV for all my devices.

I just purchased a Klipsch RSB-11 today from Best Buy. With numerous calls to them and being shuffled around, I got not answers. The sound bar isn't working with my Vizio 70"M series, that I purchased in December. I followed all directions. Shut off speakers, did the ARC (CEC) instructions. Etc. Ugh, I really don't want to box this back up and bring it back. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I could use your help. I find the instructions for klipsch RSB11 difficult. I can not get connected to my vizio tv via Hdmi arc cable.
