720p & 1080p videos play slowly,,,,my system processor amd atglom(tm) 64 processor, 3000+2.00GH, 32-BIT

Athlon 64 is old (from the Pentium 4 era) but should be able to handle playing HD videos with a bit of help. You need to upgrade the RAM to 4 GB and add a cheaper video card. Something like a GT 610 would be good. Assuming this is local videos, if online you also need to make sure your connection is fast.
