I want to updgrade my laptop with M.2 SSD 512gb as it has 2500MBps speed. Lenovo flex 4 signature 15.6 2 in 1 is model. Which model and brand is compatible with this laptop?

Solution
from the quick google search, I'm not sure there is a M.2 storage option. M.2 seems to be used for wireless networking (not compatible with storage).
the real life usage scenarios performance difference between good SATA SSD like Crucial MX300, SanDisk X400 or Samsung 850EVO are very small and hardly noticeable if at all.
The 2500MBps is for sequential read which is rare use case. most of the time the disk is doing small random read writes.
Anyway, you have no external interface on the notebook to use such read/write speeds as well as only single storage device.
so save your self some money and get one of the 2.5 SSDs I mentioned above. they are like 115$ for 512GB or 250$ for 1TB - that's cheaper than 512GB NVMe M.2 drives you wanted.
