Samsung Smart TV not connecting to Wi-Fi

I know there has been alot of chatter regarding Samsung Smart TV not connecting to Wi-Fi (model UN40ES6500). I have tried everything. Spent over 2 hours on chat with Samsung, power cycled TV, restarted modem, IP/DNS Trick, updated firmware, reset TV to factory settings and still nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

What is your issue exactly? Does it not detect anything, or does it simply write "Fail to Connect"?

Even if it is under the limit, how many letters does it have? Limit it to less than 6 characters and try again. If it fails to connect, I suggest trying removing completely the WIFI security temporarily on your router, and checking once again. That means there is no password on your WiFi and it is Open.

If it connects without security, then change your security to something else than WPA2, such as WPA, etc.

If all fails, then your wifi adapter is defective. I suggest using a wired connection.

I suggest you try things beyond WHAT IT SHOULD WORK, that's why are you here, because all the standard stuff you already tried and doesn't fix your problem.

If you want further feedback we need more info from you. You are our eyes and ears, we are not there. Reply to Natsukage and answer every one of this questions in detail. Can't just throw you random stuff.
