So first of all I am not an audio engineer and I need help from some of you awesome people audio engineer or not. I have an XLR AT2020 microphone hooked up to my xenyx802 mixer and then that goes into the back of my Sound blaster Z sound card. Thats all fine but my problem happens when i talk on other programs such as teamspeak, steam or any other voice to voice type of chat including discord. What ive been told from the others hearing me is that either i get quiet for some reason or my mic gets static-ish and i really enjoy playing co op or multiplayer games with friends so i would love any help fixing this issue so it always sounds clear. I hope this is an easy fix. I appologize for the longness of this post.

Hello, and welcome to tomshardware.

As I don't use teamspeak or discord, I can only help you with the hardware, which might be the issue if it does that in multiple programs.

One thing, did you try the alternate XLR input on your mixer? If you see the leds for the Main output activating on the mixer when you talk, do they eventually stop when the issue appears in windows?
I suggest checking all your cables and connections, including the XLR on the mic itself, any 5.5mm to 3.5mm adapter you may use, etc.

Try talking with someone and have them tell you when it goes quiet/static, and move the wires around. If nothing changes even after checking all the hardware, then your issue is software, or the Soundblaster.

Try the microphone input of your motherboard?
