The Intel HD 620 graphics core is pretty much available in most laptops with Intel's 7th generation Kaby Lake CPUs. There are more powerful Intel HD integrated graphics that are equal to or a little better than the nVidia 940m, but they are in more powerful (and expensive) Intel CPUs. In essence, Intel can definitely claim that they have the most powerful integrated graphics.

At the moment the only AMD integrated graphics core that is considered more powerful than the Intel HD 620 is the Radeon R7 (Bristrol Ridge) integrated graphics core, but that is based only on the R7's specs since there are game benchmarks for it yet. The R7 (Bristol Ridge) integrated graphics is only found in AMD's most powerful APUs such as the FX-9830P which is going to be more than your budget.
