Is this a good computer to get for school? Im in network management and work a lot with servers / virtualbox, so i guess it pushes the processor and ram quite a bit.
ps: i heared the batterie isn't very good, is this true?

Thanks in advance.

The CPU is good, video card is fine for general use and low settings gaming or older games.
Battery life won't be as good as slower systems with low wattage CPUs and without dedicated video cards.

Issue with your requirements is if you need a good CPU you are pretty much stuck with a video card, or paying more money for a system without one, but with better battery life and better quality and fancier constructions.
