Toshiba tv - roku incompatibility

I have a toshiba 26av502r that we tried connecting to a roku without success. According to Roku support it must not be compatible even though it has an hdmi port. Does anyone know if there is a streaming device that would be compatible?

What problem are you having? I've found the Roku to be a very compatible device.
be sure to plug it into HDMi1 or 2 on theback panel and then use the input button on the tv or remote to select the same port and the source for the tv to display. If you get no sound then you will need to opent he tv's audio menu and set the hmdi port being used with the Roku to digital.
