Setup I currently have is one set 2.1 speakers connected to tv, which is connect to my pc via HDMI. Reason for that is that I have chromecast connected to tv and I want to be able use speakers for e.g. when I'm streaming Netflix instead of Tv's own speakers. And also listen music from pc (I just change output source to my tv instead of headset).

I'm gonna buy new set of 2.1 speakers for christmas and was wondering can use them both at the same time. I know that I could connect both sets to pc, but then there wouldn't be posibility to use speakers with chromecast.

So is there any way to connect them both?

So your PC goes to the TV via HDMI, what cable are you using to connect the speakers to the TV?

Whats your goal? To have 4 speakers and 2 subwoofers connected to the TV? If you are expecting surround sound somehow thats not how this all works.

I'm using AUX to connect speakers to TV.

I don't need surround, I just want to use somehow old speakers too. I don't want them just laying around without use.
