I have laptop acer aspire e1-570g for 2 years. I took it to service to clean up dust and it cost me ≈40$. Is it safe to open laptop to clean it from dust myself. I have never done it but i cleaned old PC a lot of times. I ask this because it got slower and fps is a bit smaller. And should i reinstall windows because its full of games?

If you are comfortable to clean the dust yourself then do it. As for reinstalling windows I wouldn't unless you are sure that it windows that is slowing it down. Normally it is dust for the slowdown or it could be the drivers are not all up to date.
Im just afraid of 1 thing. I saw video on Youtube how to clean dust on e1-570g and when he lifts keyboard you can see its connected with lower part of laptop with some wires and I think its hard to remove them and to put them back. What dou you think is it hard to remove and put back those wires?
