Need help asap trying to figure out how TO REMOVE AD POPUP ON PHONE!

I have started to notice I'm getting these popups anywhere on my phone and I cant figure out whats causing this + I have checked out the apps that I have.My question I guess is how do I remove this? Screenshot here : https

You have downloaded a free app that contains. No way to determine which one is causing it without un-installing them
