The Dell laptop's keyboard did not work, so I reinstalled windows (to get rid of some viruses aswell). Built-in keyboard still did not work so I used a USB one, which worked. I reinstalled Windows 7 and now I have to enter the username and computer name. But none of the keyboards work. The touchpad works aswell as a USB mouse. Just the keyboard that isn't doing anything. Can anyone please help me! Thanks a lot
