Acer e5-571 stuck on win7 starting windows screen

Looking for feedback onn why my acer E5-571 will hang at the starting windows screen. When I move the SSD over to an Acer 7551 laptop it works just fine. Move it back to the E5-571 and same problem. Created a fresh install of Win7 on a second SSD and that SSD will fire up no problem - works in both machines. I cloned the problematic SSD and whatever issue it has followed with the cloning because it still happens in the e5-571 but not the 7551. Can not start into safe mode w/ command prompt - it get hung up at installing one particular driver something like "pciati"...also doing a chckdsk did not fix it either. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do next? The laptop is only a couple months old but not warranty-able....(it maybe interesting to note that I have/had a v5-571 that met a similar fate but while it will boot (I assume I can't tell for sure) it does not display a picture on the screen. Can hear sounds but no screen visuals

Which laptop did you use to create that fresh install of win7 that work on both laptop? why not just use that?
