So I bought a used laptop, worked fine for a while, but now It will not load, including the repair tool. Tried downloading a recovery usb, but my windows 7 is pre-installed so ms won't let me. Reset via 0 key... but now it is asking for a supervisor password, and I don't know it... or what the default would be. how can I get around this, short of downloading a windows 7 iso illegally and using it to make the restore usb?

And for the Supervisor password...you'd have to ask the previous owner, or ask Toshiba.
