So my problem is that my Lenovo laptop just have one input to audio and there is a small logo of an headphone (with micro) but the problem is that my headset have two outputs, one to audio and other to microphone and even using adapters the PC don't recognize the micro just the audio.
I dont know if a specific adapter is required, but also heard that some Lenovo computers are only compatible with the Lenovo Y headset I dont know if thats true.

PC Lenovo Z50-70 specs:
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Intel Core i7 4510U @ 2.00GHz up to 2.60GHz
8,00GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 820M

Solution
Sounds like you might have bought a splitter. a splitter looks pretty much identical, but would have only 3 metal bands on the jack instead of 4 separated bands. A 4 pole converter should be available at most stores, its really common for cell phone headsets.

Well, I have used an adapter like that but it's white and it doesn't even show the simbols of micro and audio in the inputs, I bought him in a chinese shop so I don't know if it's fiable...I think the best way is to buy an adapter same as that one in the image and see what happens... Thanks for your help dude. Please if anyone have other solution to give me pls answer me I'll be glad :)

Hello again mate, so you think that if I show them that photo you've send and specify the product "3.5mm stereo to 4 pole adapter" that they (the store workers) can get me what I need?

Totally possible, just make sure they don't try to sell you a Y splitter.
