Hi,
I am using a Lenovo laptop. It has recently been running really slowly so I decided to do a factory reset. After painstakingly moving my files to an external hard drive, I tried to factory reset. Once the settings opens( takes about 10 minutes to load) it goes through the reset process. Once it has completed the reset my computer loads as per normal with all my files still on there.
I have made sure I selected factory reset, wipe all files.
This has happened around 6-7 times now
Any help will be greatly appreciated
