My laptop model is hp 240. Now. Some of my keys is not working like q,w,setc backspace etc... I even try ecerything in device manager. But nothing s happenning. Plzz help me. What should i do..

How long has this been happening? Did it start after an update to windows? From a driver update?

Is there any physical damage to the laptop/laptop's keyboard?
