Hi!
The brands I would buy are Acer, Asus, Dell, Lenovo and Toshiba (perhaps I'm missing someones).
If you are not planning using for gaming, just go for a non dedicated gpu, only with Intel HD graphics, which are great for browsing and video, also less battery consumption.
I would try to get a 6th core Ix processors (the ones which starts with iX 6XXX) and get at least 8GB of ram.

thank you for your reply. im not planning on gaming on it because i already have a gaming PC. at this moment i have notebook with integrated gpu and it makes videos freeze sometimes, thats why i was searching for dedicated Gpu. i will look for 6th generation processor as you suggested

That is strange, perhaps a non standard codec used. Yes, if that is the case, that is a great entry level GPU for that kind of stuff (and also perhaps accelerating some applications as photoshop or some CAD), but I suggest looking for 8GB ram (and if it is possible with SSD).

its possible to add some RAM (it says on website). My budget is 750$, i couldnt find in this range notebook with SSD, I cant buy from Amazon or online websites, im stuck with local stores only. Im looking forward to find a notebook with 6th generation CPU.

Yes, that is another alternative. Just check as you said if the notebook is upgradeable (some of them comes with soldered RAM, mostly if they are slim and small). The ram and SSD can be bought later.
