I assume you mean when you turn it on, there is a blank screen.
You can attempt to get to the bios by holding DEL or F1 while powering on. If neither of those work then try reseating the RAM modules accessible underneath the laptop. At this point you have exhausted any of YOUR options and you will need the laptop serviced as it has a hardware defect.
