Can't restore my Acer Aspire One NAV50

I've been trying to reset my Acer aspire one for a year now and have not found any luck. I found your video and I tried the alt+ F10 method but immediately a black screen appears saying ( Edit Windows boot options for: Windows 7 ... Path: \Windows\system32\winload.exe ... Partition: 3 ...Hard Disk: ******** ... [ \NOEXECUTE=OPTIN ) I'm frustrated I don't know what to do please give me a hand. Thanks

If the normal methods do not work using the built-in recovery partition, get a Windows disk (borrow or get one from Acer) and boot off that directly to re-install Windows. It may be a bad hard drive also if it won't restore.
