The CPU temperature is pretty good in temperature but the GPU is a little hotter.
Is it loud because the fan is spinning fast or because something else?
If it is because the fan is spinning fast, you can just blow the heat sink out where the fan is and see if the temperatures went down.

The GPU usage will go up when you start using applictations so will the temperature.
All you need is a can of compressed air and blow where the grill of the fan is for now to see if there is a difference.
