I can't connect Xiaomi Mi Square Cube Bluetooth Speaker I just bought with my Asus Laptop with Windows 8. It works well with my smartphone (Xiaomi Redmi1S).

Look in Control Panel for an entry and an icon for Bluetooth. If it's there you have a device and can configure it there.

If there is no icon, you don't have a built-in Bluetooth device but you can buy a dongle to take the place of one. Go for the short dongle - the longer ones are vulnerable to breakage.
