My laptops (HP Pavilion 15-ab195no) USB 3.0 hub driver crashes every time I start it while having my mouse plugged into the USB 3.0. I have to shutdown and restart the laptop without using the USB port to get it to work. If I plug in the mouse after startup it works fine.
The crash only makes the USB ports unusable but otherwise the computer works fine.

The driver is AMD USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller 1.0

The driver log says this:
Device PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_7814&SUBSYS_80B8103C&REV_11\3&11583659&0&80 had a problem starting.

Solution
Sorry for late response.. Yes I have tried both reinstalling and updating the driver. I however "fixed" the issue by plugging the mouse in the 2.0 USB slot. Now I have trouble installing a AMD graphics driver (stuck on black screen with mouse only during installing...) But that's another story...
