My hp probook keeps saying 0℅ (plugged in,not charging) and it goes off immediately the adapter moved which isn't normal for the laptop. Just last week the led light wasn't showing but now it keeps blinking orange. Please what can I do and what does this mean

If it is continuously blinking, just over and over and not in some kind of sequence. Not say 5 then stops for a moment and then 5 again, repeatedly, but just a steady regular blinking, it is probably your power.

Try running it without the battery in and see if you can get it turned on. If so, then it is probably the battery that needs replacing.

Now if it still gives you problems, you may also need to replace the cord. If it is damaged in any way it can limit the power coming through it and that will limit the devices ability to run and charge the battery at the same time.

Another test for it would be to turn it off, and plug in to charge and see if that works. Since it would only need to power the battery (and not the laptop...
