I bought a Bluetooth device for my 2007 Honda a Santa Fe when the Bluetooth device is working only the left set of speakers are playing. When I switch back to radio all four speakers work so it's only while the Bluetooth devices on. Does anybody have any advice?

First guess is the bluetooth receiver itself. Could be the jack in the radio it's connected to also, Try connecting another source to that input jack. (headphone out of your phone for instance) Sometimes the plug and connector don't mate correctly due to manufacturing variations from standard.
