So, i have a HP 15 Pavillion (15-p203nv) equiped with:

CPU: Intel Core i5-5200U 2.2GHz
RAM: 6GB
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 5500
NVIDIA GeForce 830M
HD: 1TB
OS: Windows 10 Pro

My problem is that the integrated Intel graphics card performs way better (higher FPS) on games than the nvidia card. I don't know what the problem is, but i have tried everything with no results. The laptop is nearly 4 months old.

Things i have tried so far:

-Updated nvidia to the latest version from nvidia website
-Updated to every single older driver version
-Updated driver from the HP website
-Updated BIOS
-Reset BIOS to defaults settings
-Windows clean install
-Cleaned the laptop from any dust
-Set High performance on Power Options and on nvidia settings
-Set to always use Nvidia GPU while running 3d applications instead of integrated

I also don't see that it is overheating as my temps idle or not are fine.

Another thing that i must point out is the core clock of the 830m.

I have used three different monitoring software (Speccy, Inspector and HWMonitor)

Now i don't know much about clocks but when i run a game using the 830m each one of these software show different clock values.
Speccy shows 540mhz maximum while the inspector shows 1150mhz. I'm confused

I'm in need of some help because i don't think that the integrated card should run better than the nvidia.

Thanks
