how to fix and keyboard that is typing wrong letters

my laptop keyboard has been typing the wrong letters for a while now! i have searched all over the internet and i tried the control panel thing where you change the keyboard and it didnt work i also tried the one where you hold down fn and num lock and that didnt work either! if anyone canm help please let me know asap!!!! my laptop is windows 7
 
Solution
Try this...

1. Uninstall the keyboard driver.
2. Reboot the computer. Yes, without installing the driver yet.
3. When the computer restarts it should automatically install a new driver.

If that doesn't work, try the following...

In Windows 10...

To set a default keyboard layout...

1. Click the "Start Start" menu and select "Settings".
2. Select "Time & language".
3. Click "Region & language" in the left column.
4. Under "Languages" click the language you want as default and click "Set as default".

To switch keyboard layouts...

Option 1...

1. Click the "language name" in the lower right of the screen (taskbar).
2. Select the keyboard layout you want to use.

Option 2...

Press and hold the "Windows" key while you press the...
