I upgraded my laptop with a new msata ssd, save all my files, did a fresh install of w7 in the msata ssd and formated the sata ssd i was using.
i intend to use the msata as primary and the sata as slave to when i buy a new hdd to replace the 240gb ssd as storage.
When i boot normaly my pc get stuck at startup screen, i've waited for ten minutes once and still didn't passed the screen.
when i remove the sata ssd or use safe mode to boot, i have no problem at all, no compatibilities issues and use it as storage just as wanted.
I think this must be some driver or service tha may be causing the conflict but i tryed to troubleshoot using safe mode but yet wasn't able to improve anything. Also i'm NO expert in troubleshoot with safe mode. i just know the basics.
My mobo is unfortunately a clevo p15xEMx with i7 2630qm, 8gb ram, gtx 660m, msata 240gb and sata 240gb

If it is working fine in "Safe Mode", I doubt it is a hardware problem. Have you checked your list of what is booting up when the computer does (and when windows does) versus what is booting when in "Safe Mode"?

That is always an excellent place to start from, as you can see a majority of what is running and what isn't. From here you can work on what programs to remove, or keep from loading at the start.

Sadly, in this instance, it is a process of elimination.
