How to gain full access to bios Acer Aspir E15

I have managed to enter the bios but I do not have access to all the features, I want to enter amongst other things, the boot menu, so that I can boot from usb. Thanks for any help.

That's the problem with pre-built systems. They lock down the BIOS so as to limit what changes you can make. Typically, this is done so that the company doesn't have to deal with warranty issues coming from people who do not know what they are doing.

Your best bet (and honestly, I don't recommend this) is to try and find a custom BIOS for your PC/Motherboard. I would note that any incompatibilities may brick your system, making it unusable

What, exactly, are you trying to accomplish?

Many thanks for your answer. The reason I want to boot from the usb is to try and possibly install a linux system, the E15 running Windows is so incredibly slow!

At this point, I'd probably recommend contacting Acer Support on how to change the boot order.
