Hello. My best friend's birthday is coming up and I was thinking of getting him a laptop, since he's always on the move. He mostly plays League of Legends and TF2, and likes playing at stable framerates of 60fps, so I know it doesn't need to be like a Razer Blade or anything. What's the laptop that will get the most bang for it's buck on a budget?

Thanks.
