I got a dell inspiron 14 5000 series. I had someone clear out files. I now cant get back into it. Says go to live.com to fix it. Even after I changed password. They say can't help has nothing to do with them. I called computer guys says they can try to reset it minimum $75. Can't guarantee it will work either. Any ideas plz help.

This being a laptop, does the original factory reset partition still exist? Look in the user manual to see how to invoke this.
