No matter where I look on my computer it always says my Graphics Card is an "AMD Radeon(TM) R5 Graphics" but I want to know what type of R5 it is. My laptop is a Lenovo G50.

Solution
The closest I got to finding a gpu model was this laptop: http://shop.lenovo.com/gb/en/laptops/lenovo/g-series/g50-45/ What cpu does it have and is the gpu integrated or discrete?

Yes, but it was bought off of amazon with a different graphics card and processor than listed there.

I tried that and it still just says "AMD Radeon(TM) R5 Graphics"

I looked in the control panel and it still listed it as "AMD Radeon(TM) R5 Graphics". My computer is a Lenovo G50-45 and it's Model Name is 80E3. Just in case that's incorrect there is also another number on the bottom that says "MTM: 80E301Y6US"

The cpu is an APU A8-6410 Quad-Core and I'm fairly certain the gpu is discrete. The computer you linked looks exactly like mine and it has all the same features. The computer you linked says it has an AMD Radeon m230 which is what I had been thinking my laptop had. Unless you know otherwise I'm pretty sure that's it.

In all likelihood, your laptop only has integrated graphics (iGPU). The A8-6410 APU has an iGPU that is simply referred to as the Radeon R5 with no model number. Click below for more info about the A8-6410. It states on average the Radeon R5 is about equal to the Intel HD 4200 iGPU.

More specifically the A8-6410 APU has the Radeon R5 (Beema/Carrizo-L) iGPU. Info and some benchmarks are in the following link.

That is a pretty weak iGPU especially since the Intel HD 4200 is actually a little less powerful than the Intel HD 4000 iGPU. For a laptop that costs about $370 I would not expect it to have a dedicated GPU.

After looking forever for my Amazon login details I found the amazon page where I bought my laptop from and in the technical details it says the card type is dedicated. Based on that and the model number leading to a page that says the Graphics Card is a Radeon R5 m230 I'm pretty sure it's that. Thanks for taking the time to answer though.
