I am wondering if it is possible to purchase a touch screen laptop that has an ethernet port.I know this is an odd request but I have many troubles with my Wifi connection that my isp seems unable to rectify>so at the moment this would seem best option. I know many people will say switch isp but this has not solved the problem in the past

Nobody would say "switch isp", rather they would say get a better wifi router!
As for ethernet port, no need, just get something like http
