FORGOT MY BIOS Password!

I have an 5-7years old Acer Aspire 5742G...
Specifications:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-380M
15.6" HD LED LCD
NVIDIA(R) GeForce(R) GT 540M (1GB VRAM)
3GB DR3 MEMORY

... which i use for experimenting with C++ and Java. I want to install new Windows via boot from Flash Drive. For this, i need to access BIOS. but I put password on BIOS 2-3years ago now i forgot my password.
Please help me find an effective third-party software.

IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO BOOT FROM FLASH DRIVE EXCEPT BIOS?
