Monitor decoloring/color fading out issue????plz helppp??

Pleeeeeease help, my monitor keeps decoloring from the first instant of switching the lap on, (See the pics) it comes and goes but really bothering, is it a vga issue or a monitor one, ? :bounce:

additional info :
the lap made is lenovo y5070 ,
graphics cards gtx 960

Have you tried updating the drivers to see if this resolves the problem?

Also, you can try turning off the laptop, plug in an external monitor, turn on the external monitor and then turn on the laptop. Do you get the same issues on the external monitor?

If no, then it is the attached display that is the problem. If yes, then it is probably the graphics card.

Ya you hope it's an (relatively) easy software issue, otherwise that baby is gone.

Exactly. If it isn't software, then it is hardware, which can be costly to replace.
