Bootable usb won't work on windows 10

Hello there!
I have been trying to create a bootable usb but without succes.
I used:
Universal USB installer
32-bit iso image from kali.org
16gb USB

I have tried to change the boot order and disable safe boot. Please help! :)

I'm running Kali from a 32GB USB flash drive and am posting this through Iceweasel. You need to make the stick bootable and I use and suggest Rufus to do that.

While it's doing the job, you point to the Kali ISO in your folders and it adds that to the stick which then becomes bootable. You will need to tell the BIOS that you want to boot from that stick and that also requires the BIOS to allow USB Legacy Support to give power to the Port before any OS cuts in.

I use the F11 option on this netbook to tell the system to boot either Windows 10 off the hard disk or Kali off the stick.
