I have a LG SlidePad H160 (Intel® Atom™ Z2760 1,80 Ghz, 64 GB eMMC) and it doesn't get to that Windows 10 login screen (example:

). It all started when I tried to reset my PC (

... I've selected "Remove everything").

I have already burned a Windows 10 copy to a pen drive, disabled "Secure boot" in UEFI settings and so on but, still, I can't boot from that USB HDD: (I've selected "Use a device":

). My PC just freezes after I select "boot from USB HDD:":

It doesn't work like that.

You can't just take a drive with Windows on it, copy that to a USB, and expect it to boot.
There are methods to boot a Windows OS from an 'external' drive, but not like what you did.
You CANNOT run Windows off USB (not unless you are a corporation).

If you meant you want to reinstall, simply hold down the windows button while restarting and you should be able to access the bios to then pick the boot device

Even if I choose to boot from an USB device, my PC freezes anyway...
