so i downloaded cc cleaner cause i thought that would boost my cpu. When i run the program to clean up my cpu it gaved me checkboxes to fill out which areas to clean. of course im idiot so i checked all of them. and i clicked run clean, and after about 5 min of clearing i had these error msg that said (error 0x0000225 missing) when ever i tryed opening anything (ex.minecraft, google chrome) so when the clean was done, i thought rebooting my laptop would solve the problem so i rebooted it and now its stuck in the boot loop and i cant do ANYTHING. i tryed to go to repair by clicking f8 but that doesnt work because it doesnt freaking have 0x0000225. my laptop dont even have cd inserter, plz help ;n;

I see a factory restore in your future. You also should think about picking up a backup drive and backing up that laptop, esp if you have important files on it that you dont want to lose when the HDD dies on you.
