1336x768 screen

gtx 950m secondery gpu
will using custom resoution(1080x1920) in intel hd graphics settings hurt my monitor

Will it? Depends.
Can you force the monitor to accept a resolution that will permanently destroy it? yes.

If your monitor is 1366x768, DO NOT TRY TO USE 1080p! It will not help you one bit. Text will look like shit at best, and gaming performance will drop with zero improvement. If you need 1080p, buy an external monitor or different laptop
