Get a very expensive HDMI to RCA convertor and probably loose quality and maybe not have it work at all, or buy a new TV.
Old TV's only have a certain resolution and the PS4 with only a HDMI connection has a minimum resolution.
Depends too if it's component video input, like 3 cables, Red, green and blue, and then two for audio, or just a yellow, white and red.
